Mini-Vakuum-Druck-Induktionsgießanlage 'Indutherm MC 16'
speziell entwickelt für die Anforderungen von selbständigen Goldschmieden, Schmuckateliers und Lobore in der Medizintechnik
Verwendungszweck:
- Zum Schmelzen & Gießen von Metallen bis 2000 °C.
Anwendungsgebiete:
- Die Anlage ist für kleinere Produktionsmengen bestens geeignet:
- Gießen kleinerer Mengen Metall (200 g Platin, 100 g Gold 750, 85 g Silber 925, 110 g Stahl).
- Gießen von Einzelstücken, Mustern, Rapid-Prototyping-Teile und Platin-Rohlingen zum Walzen
- In großen Produktionsfirmen:
- Schnelles Gießen von Einzelstücken oder Mustern unabhängig von bestehenden Gießeinrichtungen.
- Schnellguss / Blitzguss:
- Mit speziellem Einbettmaterial lässt sich die Zeit vom Wachsmodell bis zum fertig gegossenen Metall auf 3 Stunden reduzieren.
- Durch die sehr kompakte Bauform findet die "MC16" auch in der kleinsten Werkstätte Platz:

Prozessinformationen:
- Der gesamte Gießprozess lässt sich auch ohne große gießtechnische Vorkenntnisse einfach, schnell und sicher durchführen.
- Die Handhabung der Mini-Gießanlage ist denkbar einfach:
- 1. Material einfüllen und aufheizen
- 2. Küvette aus dem Brennofen holen & in die Maschine einlegen. Alle weiteren Funktionen werden von der Maschine übernommen – bis der geniale Dreh kommt:
- 3. Das Abgießen erfolgt durch eine 90°-Drehung der gesamten Gießeinheit. Um die Formfüllung zu optimieren, schaltet die 'MC 16' nach dem Schwenken automatisch auf Überdruck um.

Mini-vacuume-pressure-induction-casting-device "Indutherm MC 16"
The induction casting machine "MC 16" is the successor model of the "MC 15+". This was specially developed for the requirements of independent goldsmiths, jewelry studios and lobors in medical technology, but has now also established itself in many large and well-known jewelry companies and laboratories as the ideal casting system for small series and custom-made products.
Field of applications:
- The equipment is best suited for smaller production quantities.
- Casting smaller quantities of metal (200 g platinum, 100 g gold 750, 85 g silver 925, 110 g steel).
- Casting of single pieces, samples, rapid prototyping parts and platinum blanks for rolling.
- In large production companies: Rapid casting of single pieces or samples independent of existing casting equipment.
- Flash casting: With special investment material, the time from wax pattern to finished cast metal can be reduced to 3 hours.

Handling of the mini casting system:
- The entire casting process can be carried out easily, quickly and safely, even without much prior knowledge of casting technology. The handling of the mini casting system is very simple:
- 1. Fill in material and heat up
- 2. Remove the flask from the furnace and insert it into the machine. All other functions are taken over by the machine - until the ingenious twist comes along:
- 3. Casting is performed by a 90° rotation of the entire casting unit. To optimize mold filling, the "MC 16" automatically switches to overpressure after swiveling.

- Optimum result: material melting under protective gas/vacuum ("degassing" of alloys).
