Die galvanische Anlage Profiline 15 kann für alle gängigen galvanischen Bäder eingesetzt werden.

  • Die galvanische Anlage Profiline 15 kann für alle gängigen galvanischen Bäder eingesetzt werden.
  • Die integrierte Spülwasseraufarbeitungs- und Kreislaufanlage bietet ein schnelles und ökonomisches Aufarbeiten des Spülwassers.
  • Das Kreislaufwasser wird in ein Sammelbecken eingeleitet, mit einem 9 3/4 Zoll Durchlauffilter gereinigt und über Anionen- und Kathionen-Harze demineralisiert.
  • Die Edelmetalle können aus den Harzen zurück gewonnen werden.
  • Über ein integriertes digitales Leitwertmessgerät kann die Qualität des gereinigten Kreislaufwasser permanent überprüft werden.
  • Das hochwertige Gehäuse besteht aus glasfaserverstärktem Kunststoff auf einem Edelstahltisch inkl. digitaler Instrumente für Spannung  & Strom.
  • Die Anlage ist auf Wunsch modifizierbar oder ohne Spülwasseraufbereitungs- & Kreislaufanlage lieferbar.

  • The integrated waste-water-circulation unit offers a fast and economical recycling of the rinse running water.
  • The circulation water will be initiated in a collecting tank and is cleaned with a 9 /34 inch filter.
  • Additionally it will be demineralised with anion and cation resins.
  • Precious metals can be regained from the resins.
  • The quality of the cleaned water can be controlled permanently through a integrated digital conductivity meter.
