Verwendungszweck:
- Für große Abluftvolumenströme mit geringer organischer Belastung werden Katalysatoren eingesetzt.
- Der Technikat reinigt die Abluft aus dem Ofenraum durch eine katalytische Oxidation der organischen Bestandteile.
Anwendungsbereiche:
- Dieser Katalysator ist passend für große Öfen:
- Ausbrennöfen
- Entwachsöfen
- Laboröfen
- in Gießereien
Prozessinformation:
- Der "Technikat" reinigt die Abluft aus dem Ofenraum durch eine katalytische Oxidation der organischen Bestandteile.
- Zur Aufwärmung des Rohgases aus dem Prozess kommt eine Elektroheizung aus Edelstahl zum Einsatz.
- Die empfohlene maximal zu verbrennende Wachsmengen für diesen Katalysator liegen zwischen 300-350 g
