Gaslötgeräte kommen überall dort zum Einsatz, wo kleine Teile mit großer Präzision gelötet werden müssen.

Optikern genügen Geräte mit einer Leistung von 45 bis 50 l/h. ('Typ 70 + 80E + 80N'):

Prozessinformationen:

Wasserstofflöteräte sind kompakte Tischgeräte, die durch Elektrolyse von destilliertem Wasser Wasserstoff und Sauerstoff produzieren. Das so entstehende Gasgemisch kann wahlweise bei 3200 °C (ohne Flussmittelanreicherung) oder bei 2400 °C (mit Flussmittelanreicherung) über das extrem fein dosierbare Brennerhandstück verbrannt werden.
Um für jeden Lötvorgang eine optimale Flammengröße einzustellen, kann man zwischen zehn verschieden großen Brennerdüsen wählen und die Flamme mit dem Feinregulierventil am Handstück nachregeln. Die kleinste Düse hat nur einen Innendurchmesser von 0.20 mm (G26). Mit ihr lassen sich auch feinste Teile auf Löttemperatur bringen ohne die Umgebung unnötig zu erwärmen.
Ob große oder kleine Flamme, Temperatur und Druck bleiben immer konstant. Bis zu welcher Düsengröße jeder Gerätetyp einsetzbar ist, ist den Datenblättern / der Tabelle entnehmbar.

Lötgeräteserie 'Aquarius Typ 70-200':
Einfache Bedienung:
- Einschalten, Brennerventil öffnen, Flamme zünden, schon kann gelötet werden.
Wartungsarm:
- Lediglich der Füllstand von Gasgenerator & Flussmittelbehälter müssen in regelmäßigen Intervallen überprüft werden.
- Als Füllstandsanzeige dienen zwei Glasschwimmer die bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme eingesetzt werden und im Gerät verbleiben.
- Die Schwimmer ermitteln den Füllstand absolut zuverlässig.
- Es gibt keine Probleme mit blinden Sichtschläuchen oder störanfälliger Elektronik
Gasgemisch:
- Die Gaslötgeräte erzeugen automatisch das optimale Gasgemisch in der Menge, die Sie aktuell zum Arbeiten brauchen.
- Keine Lagerung von größeren Gasmengen (Gasflaschen) in der Werkstatt notwendig.
- Kein umständliches Regeln von Druck und Mischungsverhältnis.
Mehrzellengenerator:
- Geräte sind mit einem Mehrzellengenerator ausgestattet
- Dieser nutzt den Strom wesentlich effizienter als herkömmliche Generatoren.
- Der Vorteil:
  - Geringe Betriebskosten
  - Geräuscharme Kühlung, da weniger Abwärme im Gerät entsteht.
Sicherheitskonzept:
- Geräte von 'Aquarius' produzieren nur so viel Gas wie gerade gebraucht wird und arbeiten mit einem Druck von nur maximal 0,2 bar.
- Der Druckregler wird durch einen separaten Sicherheitsdruckbegrenzer überwacht, der die Gasproduktion bei einem Druck von 0,3 bar mechanisch von der Stromversorgung unterbricht.
- Alle Geräte sind mit zwei Flammrückschlagsperren und einem Thermostatschalter zur Temperaturüberwachung des Generators ausgestattet.
- Alle Geräte haben das CE-Zeichen.
- Die mit einem E gekennzeichneten Geräte sind Economy-Versionen, die bei gleicher Leistung etwas in der Ausstattung reduziert sind. Bei der Sicherheit wurde natürlich nicht gespart.

Hydrogen-soldering device 'Aquarius Typ 70'
for soldering small parts with high precision

Intended use:

Gas soldering equipment is used wherever small parts have to be soldered with great precision.

Operating principle:

Hydrogen soldering units are compact table-top units that produce hydrogen and oxygen by electrolysis of distilled water.
The resulting gas mixture can be burnt either at 3200 °C (without flux enrichment) or at 2400 °C (with flux enrichment) via the extremely finely adjustable burner handpiece.
In order to set an optimal flame size for each soldering process, you can choose between ten different sized burner nozzles and readjust the flame with the fine adjustment valve on the handpiece.
The smallest nozzle has an inner diameter of only 0.20 mm (G26).
It can be used to bring even the finest parts up to soldering temperature without unnecessarily heating up the surrounding area.
Whether the flame is large or small, temperature and pressure always remain constant.
The data sheets / table show up to which nozzle size each type of unit can be used.

Soldering unit series 'Aquarius type 70-200'.
Simple operation:
- Switch on, open burner valve, ignite flame, ready to solder.
Low maintenance:
- Only the filling level of the gas generator and flux container need to be checked at regular intervals.
- Two glass floats are used to indicate the fill level. They are inserted during the initial start-up and remain in the unit.
- The floats determine the filling level absolutely reliably.
- There are no problems with blind sight hoses or electronics susceptible to malfunctions.
Gas mixture:
- The gas soldering units automatically generate the optimum gas mixture in the quantity you currently need to work.
- No need to store large quantities of gas (gas bottles) in the workshop.
- No cumbersome regulation of pressure and mixing ratio.
Multi-cell generator:
- Units are equipped with a multi-cell generator
- This uses electricity much more efficiently than conventional generators.
- The advantage:
  - Low operating costs
  - Low-noise cooling, as less waste heat is generated in the unit.
Safety concept:
- 'Aquarius' units produce only as much gas as is needed at any given time and operate at a maximum pressure of only 0.2 bar.
- The pressure regulator is monitored by a separate safety pressure limiter, which mechanically interrupts gas production from the power supply at a pressure of 0.3 bar.
- All units are equipped with two flame arresters and a thermostat switch to monitor the temperature of the generator.
- All units have the CE mark.
- The units marked with an E are economy versions, which are somewhat reduced in equipment for the same output. Of course, no compromises have been made in terms of safety.
