Geräteabsaugung 'Hormat 1200' | für Sandstrahler
Zeichnen sich besonders aus durch ihren hohen Abscheidegrad (sodass die Abgabeluft bedenkenlos geatmet werden kann), ihre Geräuscharmut durch Einsatz hochwertiger Schalldämmung und ihre geringen Folgekosten durch sehr preiswerte Filter.

- Niedriger Geräuchpegel: Mit 50 - 65 dbA ist der Absaugautomat sehr leise,neben den Arbeitsgeräuchen meist nicht wahrzunehmen.

Hinweise:
- Einschaltautomatik:
- Für eine einwandfreie Funktion der Einschaltautomatik ist es notwendig, dass die Absaugung an einer separat abgesicherten Sicherung angeschlossen ist, an der keine weiteren Geräte gleichzeitig betrieben werden, die nicht direkt mit der Absaugung verbunden sind!
- Filtercassetten & -einsätze:
- Im Lieferumfang ist eine Erstausstattung Filtereinsätze für Arbeitsplatzeinsatz enthalten.
- Die Filtercassetten aus Metall sind Bestandteile des Gerätes.
- Wechsel der Grob- & Feinfilter:
- Die Absaugeinheit durch lösen der Klemmen vom Auffangbehälter abnehmen.
- Alle alten Filter & Gitter entnehmen.
- Neue Filtermatte auf die Gehäuseöffnung legen.
- Den Gitteraufsatz auf die Filtermatte legen und zusammen mit dem Filter gleichmäßig nach unten in das Gehäuse drücken.
- Zuerst 2 Grobfilter, danach 2 Feinfilter.
- Hierdurch schließen die Filter am Rand sauber ab und lassen keine Partikel ungefiltert hindurch.
- Beim Einsatz als Arbeitsplatzfilter wird empfohlen, die Filter in dei Edelmetallscheidung zu geben
- Wechsel des Sandstrahlfilters:
- Für den Einsatz als Sandstrahlabsaugung muss die Absaugung anstelle des obersten blauen Metallgitters mit einer Sandstrahlfiltercassette ausgestattet sein.
- Den alten Filtereinsatz aus der Cassette nehmen und den neuen einlegen.

Notes:
- Automatic switch-on:
- For the automatic switch-on function to work properly, it is necessary that the extraction unit is connected to a separately fused fuse on which no other devices are operated at the same time that are not directly connected to the extraction unit!
- Filter cassettes & inserts:
- The scope of delivery includes an initial set of filter inserts for workplace use.
- The metal filter cassettes are part of the appliance.
- Changing the coarse and fine filters:
- 1. Remove the extraction unit from the collection container by loosening the clamps.
- 2. Remove all old filters & grids.
- 3. Place the new filter mat on the housing opening.
- 4. Place the grille attachment on the filter mat and press it and the filter evenly down into the housing.
- 5. First 2 coarse filters, then 2 fine filters.
- 6. This ensures that the filters seal cleanly at the edge and do not allow any particles to pass through unfiltered.
- 7. When used as a workplace filter, we recommend sending the filters to the refinery
- Changing the sandblasting filter:
- For use as a sandblasting extraction unit, the extraction unit must be fitted with a sandblasting filter cassette instead of the top blue metal grille.
- Remove the old filter insert from the cassette and insert the new one.
