Kombiwalze "Durston Agile C130"
Die brandneue und preislich sehr attraktive Walze "Agile C130" ist eine Spezialausführung, die die Produktreihe von "Durston" Walzen, zu der auch die "DRM C130 RE" gehört, ergänzt.

Produktinformation:

Leichter, dank ihres dünneren Rahmens, besticht sie dennoch durch die notwendige Belastbarkeit an den bei einer Walze stark beanspruchten Stellen und ist somit kompromisslos in der Qualität.
Ein traditionelles T-Stück ersetzt das Handrad.
Die fünf Halbrundprofile mit 6, 5, 4, 3 und 2 mm sind Teil der Hauptrolle und innenliegend.
Zusätzlich zu diesen 5 Profilen verfügt die Walze über 11 innenliegende Vierkantrillen.
Dennoch bleibt auf den Rollen mit 60 mm noch ein ausreichend breiter Arbeitsbereich für Blech.
Die Rollen sind bis zu einer Tiefe von 6 mm speziell induktionsgehärtet bis zu 65 RC.
Dies garantiert eine lange Lebensdauer.
Für bestmögliche Walzergebnisse sind die Lagerblöcke der "Agile 130" vollständig verstärkt.
Die Rollenlager sind selbstschmierend und wartungsfrei.
Die wunderschön geformten Vierkantrillen wurden speziell für ein bestmögliches Walzergebnis designt.
Die Schwerlast-5:1-Untersetzung ist einzigartig und konkurrenzlos und macht das Walzen um so vieles leichter.
Hinter einer Abdeckung sicher versteckt befinden sich zwei speziell geformte Zahnräder, die ebenfalls dafür sorgen, dass das Walzen noch gleichmäßiger und leichtgängiger ist.
Eine Schutzkappe oben sorgt für die nötige Sicherheit.

The "Agile C130" Rolling Mill, as the name suggests this Rolling Mill is one of the most "Agile" and Best performing Mills in its field, developed with all the ability of the "DRM" Range without compromising on performance or quality, The "Agile Mill" Range differs by having slightly lighter frames and a new T-Bar adjustment on the top, a unique combination of wire rolling sizes give a wide range of rolling options on the Combination Models.
The "Agile 130’s" bearing blocks are fully supported to give the best possible rolled finish. The bearings are self-lubricating and completely maintenance-free. Behind the cover, you’ll find two specially constructed gears to make rolling even smoother. Safety features include a protective guard around the top gears.
The Main Rolls are 130 mm wide and feature 5 half round grooves, a 60mm flat rolling area and a further 11 square rolling grooves, as with all Durston Rolling Mills, the rolls are finished to the exact same high standards, induction hardened to 64RC to give ultimate strength and will provide a lifetime of use with professional results.
